  29. Try not loading your sound card software. If your running DOS 6.? use the F8 
  30. key.

  32. If Winsock works without the software loaded its a software and not a hardware 
  33. interupt problem. Perhaps.

  35. Most of the WinSocks I've seen use Int60 for the API. Some will let you change 
  36. this. Try using another if you can.

  38. I'm using NDIS drivers with DIS_PKT.DOS and WIN_PKT.COM as my packet drivers. 
  39. DIS_PKT has an option in the PROTOCOL.INI file to set the Interups and you 
  40. tell WIN_PKT to use 0x60 from the command line. These must match.
